GENERAL INFORMATION:

 

NRA Membership is not required. 

 

CLASSIFICATION:

 

Current NRA International Pistol Rules 19.1, 19.2, 19.6, and 19.7 apply.

 

There will be no teams.

 

MATCH DIRECTOR:  John Powell

 

SCORING:

 

No competitor will score his own targets.  When scoring shots of questionable values, the plug type of scoring gauge will be restricted to use by the scorekeeper or match supervisor.

 

Challenges must be made within one hour after posting.  If a challenge is made, a scoring plug may be used only by the match supervisor.

 

ARMS:

 

Any .177 caliber Air Pistol.  NRA International Pistol Rules 3.1 and 3.7 apply.

 

Triggers may be weighed before firing.  Minimum trigger weight is 500 grams
(17.6 oz).

 

AWARDS:

 

Modified Lewis System: First place shooter will be awarded $6.00 Prize, every 5th place shooter thereafter will be awarded $5.00 prize (6th place, 11th place, 16th place, etc.).

Match begins at 5:00 pm.  Rule 1.7 infiltration squadding thereafter.  Last start time 8:00 pm.

 

SILVER CITY:

Match begins at 6:30. Last start time 9:00

COURSE OF FIRE:

 

60 shots standing for record - unlimited sighting shots

 

Air Pistol Target for 10 meters - 5 shots per target.  Rule 14.9 shall apply.  NRA Rule 5.12 for positions applies.

 

Shooters will place their own targets under the supervision of the range officials.

 

TIME ALLOWANCE:

 

1 hour, 45 minutes (including sighters)

A $7.00 NRA registration fee is required if you want

your scores submitted to the NRA for classification

 

Each match: $5.00

 

 

For NRA New Classification or Reclassification:

 

Shooters need to shoot at least two matches for scores to be sent into the NRA for classification.

 

Shooters need to shoot at least four matches for scores to be sent into the NRA for reclassification.
