Light Rifle
Light Rifle matches are informal .22 rifle matches open to the public.
Matches are held on one or two Sundays each month from September thru May from noon to 3:00 PM. Targets are NRA-A32 Bullseye targets, 5 bulls per target and 2 shots per bullseye. Unlimited sighting shots are allowed.
Maximum rifle weight is 8.5 lbs including scope. Trigger must hold 2 lbs minimum. No butt hooks, palm rests, slings, shooting shoes, former Olympic biathlon champions, etc. Maximum 9X scope. Time limit 45 minutes.
Entry fee: $5.00.
Cash prizes based on Lewis system, first, sixth, eleventh, etc.
