NRA A-32 Target
Light Rifle
Light Rifle matches are informal .22LR rifle matches open to the public.
Matches are held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month from January through April, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Targets are NRA-A32 Bullseye targets, 5 bulls per target and 2 shots per bullseye. Unlimited sighting shots are allowed.
Maximum rifle weight is 8.5 lbs including scope. Trigger must hold 2 lbs minimum. No butt hooks, palm rests, slings, shooting shoes, or target rifles. Maximum 9X scope.
Course of fire is 30 shots for record (10 on each target). Time limit 45 minutes.
Entry fee is $5.00. There will be one cash prize of $10.00 for the day's overall winner.
There will also be 50-50 targets available for $1.00 each. These must be shot with iron sights only. The day's winner will split the 50-50 proceeds with the club.
